Meet one of our new tenants - Innovative Medical Equipment, LLC (IME). IME designs, manufactures and distributes medical devices. Their current flagship device, called ThermaZone, is a non-opioid solution that provides heating and cooling therapy for patients with acute or chronic muscle and join pain.


Cannata Companies converted and redesigned a space in Beachwood to specifically to meet IME’s current needs and to prepare them for future growth. The tenant build-out involved a complete rebuild and refresh of the interior space. The project was completed on-time and on-budget and the IME staff is loving their new home (complete with spacious side yard, picnic tables, 4-hole putting green, and ample warehouse and office space).
