Lucia Cannata
Lucia assists with marketing and brand strategy. She holds a Business Marketing degree from John Carroll University and is a licensed Realtor with Howard Hanna, enhancing the firm’s visibility and outreach across digital platforms.
Sam Cannata
Sam, Founder of the Company, is a U.S. Air Force Academy graduate who went on to earn both an MBA and a law license. With more than 25 years of experience, he has built a substantial and diverse real estate portfolio.
Enzo Cannata
Enzo is a key contact for the firm and a valuable member of the team. He holds an Engineering degree from Penn State University and later earned his real estate license, expanding the firm’s expertise across both technical and transactional disciplines.
